+: airco werkte niet goed, voor de rest goed te doen. personeel was heel aardig en behulpzaam. prijs was wel aan de hoge kant.

-: Při přijezdu do hotelu, jsme stihli jít na snídani, kterou jsme údajně neměli v ceně, ikdyž jsme měli zaplacenou snídani a večeři, paní přinesla účet na 1.600,- KČ. Po snaze vyřešit na recepci, nebylo možné nic udělat, pokud jsme neměli placenou snídani ten den, v pořádku, jen nepochopím, proč nebylo možné odečíst naopak snídani, kterou jsme nemohli mít, jelikož jsme jeli na letiště v den odjezdu ve 2:30 ráno, tudíž ten den placená snídaně propadla, navíc jsme jeden den, nebyli ani na večeři, což chápu, že bylo naše rozhodnutí, tudíž tady odečtení chápu, že bylo odmítnuto, ale snídaně, kterou jsme neměli možnost mít to už nechápu. Nehledě na to, že dva dny byl zavřený bazén kvůli čištění, ikdyž žádné neproběhlo, po stížnosti, že za to platíme, nám bylo navrhnuto skvělé řešení a to využití wellness SPA za 100EUR na osobu. Směšné.
