+: Really nice hotel with great location. Beach on one end, the ruins on the other. Superb breakfast. Little shop and ala carte restaurant, sandy beach with cots and shades. Old town is in walking distance. Ideal for families with kids. Literraly you step on the beach from the hotel.
-: Although it is acceptable, but breakfast time is strict. They put away all breakfast stuff at 10.00 exactly, so even drinking water is a hassle. The breakfast pack – when you leave early – is only a dry bread with some tasteless chease... The bathroom is a little bit used. The walls of the rooms are quite thin, so you can hear everything from the neighbours. The view from our room was on the corridor. The door is locked with a normal key, but the rooms electricity is switching from a card whic has to be fitted in a slot on the wall. If you want to open the door in the middle of the night you switch of all the electricity in the room, which makes you to find the keyhole hard...

+: I like Leda Beach Hotel. Small and homely. A little wild, but deliciously wild.
-: Dessert selection could be better. But itś ok.

+: I was in Leda Beach Hotel with my wife for the third time. We appreciate above all its situation in the middle of the antique ruins. Even inside the complex you hit into fragments of old columns and other relics of the past. This doesn't lessen the joy of a well maintained beach just in front of the Hotel. Bottom is sandy and enough shallow even for not-the-best swimmers. And the loungers and umbrellas are free of charge! If the waves are too big, you can swimm in the pool in the upper part of the complex. The half board is worth the price - typical turkish cuisine in good choice. From the terrace you can observe the monumental antic theater as well as the complex of the antic city. Beautiful!

+: It’s rustic and parts are beautiful. The mini beach is perfect for children & the pool is large, clean and peaceful. Buffet dinner was simple but nicely done. Wine (€4, one option for each colour) was cheap, but tasted nicer than predicted. All drinks are charged at extra (even at breakfast!).We paid around £140 for 2 nights inc half board. On arrival, there is a €5 for internet (per person), €5 for parking, beach towels are extra & €5 to access you room’s safe - (first time we’ve had to rent a safe). AC was good & was included in the room rate. Our first room (505) was large & basic. We requested a change after a noisy cockerel kept us up from 1am until 7am. This bird is a serious nuisance! (We live in the countryside back in the UK where animals can be noisy at night but this was something else! This bird can keep going loudly all night). To add a little insult to injury, the shower ran only cold for me in the morning.Another room was offered (402): it was small, smelt of stale cigarette smoke (the lady showing us the room said she had lost her sense of smell so couldn’t agree (but we could leave the front door open to help this?!) & it had a broken glass shower door. It did have a hot shower though & was closer to the beach and most importantly, further away from that rooster!Neither room had sound proofing, you can hear EVERYTHING from the rooms directly around you. Not to be outdone by the cockerel in our first room, our neighbours hocked up phlegm throughout the night to ensure we were both simultaneously irritated & grossed out; in the second room, we could hear every conversation & even a bag of crisps being munched. Putting on the AC drowned some of it out.Overall, would we return? Maybe…It’s clean, fairly cheap & while it’s seriously coasting on the area’s outstanding beauty - we were listened to when we were unhappy and quick action was taken to move us.
