+: El desayuno muy apetecible por la presentación y la calidad. La situación ideal, cerca de todas las atracciones turistícas y del tranvía. La amabilidad del pesonal y la super profesionalidad de Mr. Nural. Y como remate la calidad y el trato del personal del restaurante "Tiamo"de los bajos del hotel.

-: Sin que haya sido problema el espacio de la habitación 203, un poco más amplitud habría mejorado la percepción.

+: L'hôtel est super bien situé pour visiter la ville à savoir qu'il se trouve sur une ruelle inaccessible aux véhicules. Cependant, l'hôtel est pratiquement neuf et la chambre est propre, moderne et super bien équipée. Transport et restaurant proches. Hôtel à recommander pour visiter la ville et alentours.

-: Petit hôtel comme la majorité des hôtels du centre ville d'Istanbul. Communication limité avec le personnel, nous avons manqué d'information lors d'une coupure d'électricité pendant pratiquement toute une nuit ou nous avons été inquiet surtout en empruntant les escaliers de secours. Le système de verrouillage des fenêtres ne permet pas d'ouvrir les fenêtres !!!! Le non accès aux véhicules est contraignant pour organiser les transferts.

+: The location was the most positive aspect of this property, although in terms of getting to the property by taxi was an impossibility! The staff were also very pleasanthelpful.

-: The connected family room isn’t really connected and is just like 2 separate rooms with separate keys and you have to keep knocking to get to the other room where my older children were staying. Their bedroom was also very small with hardly any space to move around. Our room (203) was sooo noisy until late in the night. There was music we could hear for hours and it really disturbed us. Also, there was no water (it was cut off) on the first night of our stay so we couldn’t take a shower at all or even wash our hands. The pillows were quite high and my daughter couldn’t sleep on them a all

-: هذه المرة الثانية اللتي اسكن فيها لكن مستوى النظافة اليومية للأسف انخفض كثيراً عن الزيارة السابقة. المناشف ارميها عشان يغيروها ولكن للأسف يطبقوها ويعلقوها مرة ثانية. مناشفهم مستهلكة جداً لدرجة تغير لونها. لكن للأمانة بعد اعطاائهم الملاحظات تغيرت الخدمة للأفضل وغيروا المناشف وكان من المفترض ما ينتظروا شكاوي من النزلاء عشان يرفعوا مستوى خدمة النظافة اليومية.

-: The only small problem was that the pillows were hard, if there was a medium or soft pillow to choose from it would have been perfect. The room was very small, no real space for a suitcase however it was perfectly appointed

+: La atención de la gente , gente muy amable, la comida es muy buena. Y no las pasamos increíble.
