+: I really liked the beach and the pools. We also enjoyed the food. Our housekeeper was amazing! She cleaned everyday!
-: We had a few minor issues with our room. One was the safe didn’t work and the other was the shower drain was plugged and water would pool up when we took a shower. This wouldn’t have been an issue but when we explained and asked for this to be fixed, it was not addressed promptly. We were initially told that we couldn’t change rooms so we needed to be in the room at 9 a certain and someone would meet us there to fix. They never showed up and we waited it the room for over an hour. This took time out of our stay. Then eventually after a few days, my relative ended up calling and speaking with guest relations. It finally got handled. Also, the hotel seemed to very busy and the staff were at times not pleasant to be around. This I would say is not the fault of theirs but the weather was so hot and they seemed to be stressed. Especially evident at Lykia bar. Also, lastly I believe a five star resort should have fresh squeezed juice in the morning. Overall, we had a good time but I would not return or recommend this to our family or friends.

-: Quality has dropped from last year. Although entertainment and food were good, I can tell they have both been subject to budget reductions from last year. Late check granted is 1pm, after that its charged regardless of your Booking.com account status. Also, daughters birthday cake is now charged to celebrate her on stage. We still enjoyed our stay but will definitely be checking other options next time.

Denizde aktivite yapmak isteyenlere imkan var. Odalar ferah ve klima gayet yeterli. Çocuk klübü güzel, vinlük aktiviteler çeşitlendirilmiş, küçük oğlum çok memnun kaldı. Erken check in imkamı güzeldi. Check out 11 de, ancak akşam uçak saatine kadar fasilitelerden yararlanılabiliniyor. Çocuklar tüm tatil boyunca çok eğlendiler, tekrar aynı otele seneye de gelmek istediklerini söylediler.

Havaalanına 1 saat mesafede, otele transferimizde trafik kazası varmış yolda, 2.5 saate ancak otele varabildik. Deniz yarı taşlık yarı kumluk.
