+: Het was schoon en netjes en vriendelijk personeel
-: Het is erg massaal, jammer van het handdoekje leggen bij de zwembaden, er wordt veel om fooi gevraagd via “tip” boxen, de kamers zijn zeker geen 5 sterren hotel waard, het is gedateerd en ruikt ook naar “zolder” die zie je helaas niet op de foto, ook de sea view kant is erg lawaaierig, er rijdt 24 uur veel verkeer wat je erg goed hoort, geen last van andere gasten wat betreft geluid, dat dan niet.

-: buffet pas assez varié et visant une partie de la population pas assez large pour les choix de pain (par exemple ) un toasteur pour 200 personnes! un cuisinier pour omelettes pour trop de voyageurs, beaucoup de serveur pas assez de cuisinier pour tout les vacanciers dommage, file d'attente trop longue, les salades par chaleur pas couvertes, pas mis au frigo assez vite, intoxication alimentaire

-: The reception didnot allow us to stay few hours before our check in date.We arrived at night before our checkin day, this was because our flight cancelled and we took another one.

+: Lots for the kids to do. Constant food and drinks available. Food was very good. Ice creams milkshakes and mocktails available for the children.
-: Not much information given on check in just a QR code, found snack bars from seeing where people were coming from with food however if we checked the QR code we would have had all of the information. Pool side toilets were abit grim at times. Need to get up early to reserve sunbeds

-: Zu voll, man findet nie ein platz bei der Liegestühle und im Restaurant Abendessen, zuwenig personal, alacart Restaurant war furchtbar da konnten wir gar nichts essen das essen war kalt Fleisch war nicht durch teilweise gar kein Geschmack, die Mitarbeiter waren stets bemüht aber einfach überfordert und deswegen auch nicht sympathisch.
