+: The hotel building is well organised and clean. There are two pools that offer good water surface.
-: Everything outside is squeezed in very small space. My biggest problems were: the hotel does not have beach front even though is advertised like this. You need a few minutes drive to the beach. The package I bought was ultra all inclusive, yet I had to buy the fresh juice for breakfast. The food was very bad. The beach was very badly organised with very unfriendly staff (Suleiman). The entertainment team and program very weak, making the stay pretty boring. Booking.com should check these things before listing the hotel as beach front and ultra all inclusive.

+: Maga a szállás megfelelő volt ,tisztaság rendben volt. Az étel elfogadható bár sokszor ugyan az.
-: Több minden is volt mégpedig mikor a tengerpartról mentünk vissza a kialakított autókkal az egyik nap ugye a két kicsi gyerekkel várni kelet már megjött az autó és a lányom 10 éves hatra akart fel ülni egy nemet idős csoport elénk vágott és a lányom félre dobtak persze nem hagytam szó nélkül mindegy elvette őket a Luna Blanca dolgozó egy szó nélkül végig nézte h mi történt sőt a másik csapatnak adott igazat mert gindolom ők több hétre szálltak meg megy a segg nyálas ezerrel.Aztán ha le ülsz enni az étterembe a pincérek huzogattak a szájukat ha inni kérsz már sokszor inkább fel álltunk és magunknak hoztunk inni e miatt.A pia fel van vízelve a látni bárba fogalmuk sincs hogy kell a koktélokat el készíteni össze vissza kavargatják a jeget sajnálják meg a gyerekektől is.Voltam már más szállodában is és a színvonal sokkal jobb volt mint itt biztos hogy többet ide nem megyünk ja a takarítás ha nem huzod te minden nap le a lepedot és a párna húzatott akkor nem cserélek le.A szoba egyik oldala a szállodának nagyon zajos mi pont ott kaptunk szobát minden este buli aludni nem lehet. a szálloda ha ki lépsz jó helyen van mert rengeteg üzlet bazár de nagyon drága hely a turistákra vannak ra állva.

+: Pomer ceny a kvality. Pláž piesková, pozvoľný vstup do mora, v mori iba piesok. Strava výborna, určite si vyberie každý. Personál bol veľmi milí. Odvoz na pláž fungoval výborne.
-: Trocha stiesnené podmienky pri bazénoch (lehátka veľmi tesne pri sebe). Nedostatok lehátok pre plnú kapacitu hotela. Hotelová pláž je menšia, lehátok dostatok, ale taktiež úplne vedľa seba v radoch, pod tieniacimi plachtami. Iba jedna reštaurácia pre allinclusive, ktorá tiež kapacitne nestíhala.
