+: Le personnel est au petit soin. Mustafa à la réception est serviable, à l'écoute, il est souriant et gentil...L'emplacement est juste parfait, dans une zone pas bruyante mais tout de même très proche d'une zone très animée, une belle vue sur le pont.La chambre est propre et se fait nettoyer chaque jour, les bouteilles d'eau sont posées chaque jour dans la chambre.Le petit déjeuner turque est copieux..

+: The breakfast was good and surrounding breakfast area was also nice.
-: This place was absolutely filthy. It was also incredibly loud, like people were in the room with us, furnishings were of a very low quality (with an extremely uncomfortable bed, stained lamps and furniture). It is difficult to overstate how dirty it was, especially the bathroom.

+: Kartenschlitz für strom war kaputt, Toilettensitz war kaputt das Zimmer wurde zwei tage nicht gereinigt obwohl wir alles gemeldet hatten, hat sich nichts getan und die sauberkeit war sehr schlecht im zimmer, nach der Zimmerreinigung wurden keine handtücher oder Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt. Lage super alles andere schlecht, sehr schlecht!
