+: Friendly and attentive staff
-: Old and in need of upkeep. Broken shower head, cracked tiles, filthy carpets, lights hanging from roof just to mention a few. Bathroom was disgusting with a shower drain that would drain water very well, lots of pubic hairs in the shower. Bathroom sink was full of someone else’s hair.

-: Can be tricky to access by car as the street is very narrow and people seem to park there! However, when the staff arranged a taxi to the airport for us, the cars magically disappeared moments before our taxi arrived,

+: Well located if you want to be in the GalataTaksim tourist areas
-: Staff were pretty unhelpful with any questions. Didn't seem too interested in helping with recommendations. I moved to a hotel around the corner after this one for the same price and it was a far better experience.
