+: Единственото което ни хареса беше басейна и барчето при него.плажа също.

-: Закуската беше една и съща вегетарианска.в стаите не се чистеше двата дни която бяхме .резервирах стая с три легла с балкон сложиха ни в стая с две легла и разтегателен диван.естествено и принадлежностите в банята бяха за двама.джакузито не работеше.от асансьорите работеше само един.няма обмяна на валута както е посочено.за цената която искат не отговаря качеството.не препоръчвам.

+: The spacious rooms, the facility.

-: The rooms needs upgrade as they are old, the AC was a problem, as several times was not working and it took them very long time more than 2 hours until they fixed it, after alot of calls, and the second day the same happened which made them to change my room. The AC in my family room also was not working and after several calls and complaints they changed the room of my family to another one.

-: Hotel vechi cu camere mari dar cu mobilier in degradare ,mizerie in camera ,lipsa lenjerie si perna pentu al treilea pat personal comunist care face pe prostu ,mancare lipsita de lichide (compot,lapte cu portia ,din 4 dozatoare funtioneaza 1 etc),am ajuns la 19 si am mai stat 45 minute la receptie ca nu aveau camera disponibila si camera primita mirosea puternic a tutun ,in descriere am cerut canera pentru nefumatori .Am solicitat realocare de camera si au raspuns sec vrei da sau da ca nu mai a vem alta

+: Staff seemed nice and tried to be helpful, but just didn't have any resources for this. Cleaning ladies were trying their best,but I guess the nature of people who were staying at this hotel was hard to deal with.

-: Terrible hotel,food was disgusting,restaurant overpriced.No thermometer in the whole hotel or any medical help,which is ridiculous. Staff was nice,but clueless. I have just one question: how dare this hotel charge such an amount of fees for something like this?!Every hotel must have a first aid kit with a thermometer at any time!And ideally some medical assistance, taking to account the closest hospital is 25 min drive.
