-: Много разочароващ престои , персонала беше неадекватен , казваха ни че нямаме резервация , а тя беше направена и потвърдена преди седмици , стаите са изключително малки и неудобни , банята беше доста мръсна , а сутринта на закуската беше отвратително , сока явно беше развален защото беше като пресечен

-: The rooms are not as clean as they should be, the cleaning services are bad, and most of the rooms do not have views, and the door of my room does not close even when I am outside the room, and there is no water heater for tea and coffee inside the rooms, but only at the reception and the restaurant.....

-: عند حضوري الى الفندق لم يدخلوني رغم حجزي و اخباري ان الحجز ألغية رغم اقتطاع المبلغ كامل من الحساب يعتبر بالنسبة لي هذا نصب واحتيال من الفندق وطلب مني الدفع مرة أخرى إدا أردة الدخول

+: Le petit-déjeuner correspond aux attentes bien qu'il soit très frugal et peu varié. La situation géographique, très avantageuse, elle vous permet de vous rendre facilement dans tout Istanbul, en tram, bus, métro. Le rapport qualitéprix est imbattable, l'hotel offre tout ce qu'on attend d'un hôtel sans prétention, savon, essuies propres, lits corrects et service de chambre + petit déjeuner compris.

-: Le quartier est déjà naturellement bruyant (quartier populaire où il y a beaucoup de circulation) mais si on doit ajouter à ça le cri des mouettes à 4 h du matin quand vous dormez la fenêtre ouverte, ça peut être dérangeant. Il faudrait un varier un MINIMUM le petit-déjeuner ou proposer des oeufs brouillés ou quelque chose dans ce genre.
