+: Nagyon jó helyen található. Metró, villamos, busz megálló egy percen belül.Akinek nem luxus szállás kell, csak egy hely, ahol van ágy, klíma, fürdőszoba, mindez kedvező áron, annak tökéletes választás.A tetőn egy nagyon ragaszkodó macska él, aki kiscicákat vár :)

-: Las escaleras y la falta de productos de limpieza. Limpian todos los días pero la limpiadora, que es muy amable, cambia pocas veces el agua de fregar el suelo y huele regular. Es necesario que cambie más veces el agua y friegue con agua limpia y le ponga amoníaco, lejía, fregasuelos o cualquier otro producto para que huela a limpio.
