Tours and prices for holidays at the hotel Marti La Perla 4* 2024-2025 Turkey, Marmaris

+: Easy and nice access to the private beach with beautiful sea. A lot of services and activities in the hotel during the day and night. Great food at the restaurant and all inclusive services at all bars in the hotel.

-: Being a 4-star hotel one would expect high-level services as impeccable cleaning of rooms and full availability to accommodate guests' requests. Our room was not cleaned at all one day and the other days there was no towels nor sheets change unless specifically requested to the guest relations manager. We noticed that the fridge was not cooling water bottles and we were told by the reception that that was only a cool keeper not a refrigerator. However, after a technician passed by to look at it, it turned out it was cooling the bottles again.Very poor reception service as they did not answer the phone when we tried to call 4 times one afternoon when we were out of the hotel for a tour. Finally, we requested if the restaurant could stay open 10 minutes after closing time as we were running slightly late but we were told it was not possible. We were not even offered food to be stored for us.Finally, it's a shame that such a beautiful beach is ruined by hundreds of cigarettes and plastic in the sand which is never cleaned by personnel nor are the sunbeds.

-: The food was not as expected for the price, the no variety and most of the main dishes are not tasty Also we notice that most staff clothes are dirty.Finally, although it is all inclusive booking, but most of the drinks are not for free, only the basic ones..

+: Frühstück war gut. Hygiene kann ein wenig besser sein. Zimmerservice hat nie Boden Boden sauber gemacht, die war jeden Tag voll mit Sand und Staub. Aber Zimmer waren top von der Größe, ansonsten schönen Ausblick zum Meer gehabt, 3 Tage 3 erwachsenen knapp über 1000 € gezahlt. Aber all inklusive ist normaler Preis. Das Personal sind Amateure, sind zwar nett manche aber viele sind zu unfreundlich und kümmern sich nicht um die Gäste sondern amüsieren sich untereinander. Mustafa der Manager amüsiert und kümmert sich auch sehr gerne mit den Gästen und betreut die sehr aufmerksam. Die Hamburger am Pool waren Klasse!!! Das war jeden Tag ein Muss, vermisse die jetzt schon. Die Jungs an der Bar arbeiten ohne Ordnung, da kann es schon mal sein das sich viele vordrängeln und dem Bar Personal ist das egal. Da wartet man manchmal 15-20 min bis mal ein Getränk kommt

+: Nous avons été très bien accueilli et le manager Mustafa était toujours à l'écoute pour nous demander si tout était en ordre. Je recommande cet hôtel pour son emplacement, sa tranquillité et la gentillesse du personnel.
