+: Très bel hôtel dans un environnement de verdure, très rare pour ce type d'hôtel. Piscines sublimes.

-: 90% de la clientèle parlent russe ce qui fait que la plupart du personnel parle russe. Très compliqué à se faire comprendre en anglais, même le personnel ne parle pas anglais. Manque d'amabilité de manière générale (clientèle, personnel), pas de sourire, cela nous a vraiment surpris. PropretéNettoyage des chambres laissant à désirer. Si vous ratez le créneau, ils ne repassent plus faire la chambre, c'est arrivé 2 fois en 5 jours (nous avions mis ne pas déranger à 8h30) heure à laquelle ils passaient dans notre secteur, ils ne sont pas revenus dans la matinée, pourtant nous étions absents. Cela reste des "détails", car nous avons passé un excellent séjour, c'est un hôtel superbe très bien conçu, des espaces de détente à l'ombre partout.
