+: The young staff at the reception and the restaurant were very friendly and polite. They were extremely courteous, helpful, and always willing to assist with any requests. Additionally, the restaurant staff were also very polite, and the chef made delicious omelettes. The hotel's location is excellent.

-: The rooms were not cleaned well, and we had to request towels and toiletries like shampoo and soap. Additionally, there was an extra charge for using the safe and the fridge each day, but the fridge did not cool properly. The staff in charge were not friendly. While the young staff were friendly and polite, the lady responsible for them at the restaurant was not. Breakfast is from 8-10 AM, and at 10:05 AM, I tried to get some water or coffee, but they did not allow me because breakfast time was over.
