-: Predaleč plaža, ki ni v sklopu hotela. Mala izbira hrane in vedno isto.

+: Die Umgebung des Hotels ist sehr schön und grün, der Strand ist innerhalb einiger Minuten zu erreichen. Das Hotelpersonal im Servicebereich ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, ausgenommen die Führungskräfte.

-: Das Hotel und die Einrichtung sind alt und heruntergekommen. Das Zimmer war sehr feucht und hatte einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch, der sich überall festgesetzt hat. Der Fernseher hat nicht richtig funktioniert. für WLAN musste mit einer tageweisen Staffelung extra gezahlt werden. Die Mahlzeiten waren nicht wirklich abwechslungsreich, Weine waren nicht richtig temperiert. Die Organisation lässt in allen Bereichen sehr zu wünschen übrig.

+: Animation staff were friendly. The beach was nice. The on-site shop was nice if not limited, friendly owner. Hard to pick anything else. It was just rough and old.

-: Food was below average with no variety, if there were burgers for lunch, you were getting a burger casserole for dinner with leftovers. Lots of fruit so that was good. Hotel is beyond run down, exposed electrical cables (we lost electricity for a couple of hours). One door looked like the DEA did a raid and booted it in and patched it up with chewing gum, first one you see on the second floor so not a great impression. Tennis court looked similar to the one at Chernobyl, dead and a little unsafe. Paint missing from walls (mismatched paint touch ups) wall paper peeling off. Our bathroom ceiling was sagging from a leak. That said our cleaner did a good job polishing a turd. No elevator, which isn’t great if you are on 3rd floor as the heat in the corridors is unbearable. “Balcony” isn’t a balcony, it’s a julliette, so no sitting outside. Hard bed, which some people may like. Drink choices were poor, tiny cups, spirit selection is weak. Also don’t ask for lemonade, ask for sprite otherwise you are getting lemon cordial neat in your gin to the brim. Beer was ok. Wi-Fi is €3 a day and barely works.

+: The territory is not big but green, cozy, and beautiful. The hotel is located within a walking distance of the beach (around 10 min walk) and the market (around 5-7 min walk)

-: Everything is old, the staff had constantly repaired it (the door lock, water flash, etc). The cleaning was not good. On the web, it says that the hotel has a gym, however, instead of a gym the hotel just has a couple of old and broken machines. Also, the receptionist insisted to use a transfer to the airport that she organized (instead of a taxi) and this transfer arrived 1 hour later at the airport and nobody from the hotel was available to solve this problem- it was extremely irresponsible and destroyed the whole impression of the hotel and our stay there. Looks like the receptionist just wanted to make some money from us instead of helping - an extremely disappointing experience!
