-: I have had a lot of problems at my stay. We travel a lot but this is my worst experience. I waited hours for an iron. i called and called but the staff didn't answer my calls. The room was not clean, and i asked every day for someone to clean the room, but they didn't. The AC wasn't working, and the only 1 light bulb per room was working. I asked for blankets as it was cold one night, and it took them 1 hour to get it. I was so disappointed by the service.
