+: Mountain view from the room was surprisingly good, the room was more spacious than expected.All in all, I'd say Melissa Residence provides adequate service for its money. When booking, I didn't realize I was booking All Inclusive (assumed B&B) and was quite surprised at the reception (I looked for B&B for a one night stay). Just don't expect too much for their price.
-: Hard to complain given the price, really. The room is not too well-maintained, the food choice is limited, the location isn't quite convenient but all such things should probably be expected, so overall the experience is fair.

-: Unfortunately, the rooms are quite dirty and the cleaning staff was not doing anything. For the first time I see a hotel where the bedsheet was not changed even once during the entire stay. No bathroom was cleaned either, they were only changing towels. The fridge is there but it’s literally barely working, most of my stuff got bad and I had to throw it. You need to pay for wifi but it works really bad (they were saying wifi is paid everywhere in Kemer but I stayed in other 2 hotels and in both of them wifi was free). Additionally I got sick after 3 days since the AC was right in front of the bed even though I put it on min speed at night (otherwise it’s super hot) + I got food poisoning (I wasn’t eating anywhere else since we had all inclusive). I’m quite sad to leave a negative review but that’s my experience with this place. Again, the staff was nice and kind, they also gave us to-go breakfast when we were leaving early in the morning. But the rooms and the bathroom definitely require some renovation and cleaning. They also tried to tell me that it’s a pension not a hotel, but what’s the matter if the service is bad? My mom was staying in a different room and her experience was also negative.

-: Staff they need to be more careful while booking and take the right details before collecting the money Anyway my issue was partially resolved I dont like the morning receptionist As i have an issue with the booking they taken more than what need to be charged i asked for refund when i reached hotel The first answer was from the morning receptionist "you are from a rich country why you care about the money 💰 "with bad attitude Like i got the money from the street. First night they give me a roof room when ever you get up form the bed your head will hit the selling. Again this happens to me, it might not happened to others I am just sharing my experience
