+: Az alkalmazottak kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak, tisztaság volt az épületen belül és kívül is! A medencét is minden éjjel takarították! A tenger közel van a szállodához, a tenger felőli oldalon szép a kilátás! Több nyelven is lehet velük kommunikálni!
-: A nyaralás alatt volt a lányom születésnapja, előző nap a recepción kértem, hogy szeretnék egy asztalt foglalni, tortával, virággal stb. Azt mondták másnap reggel 9-10 között menjek le ezt elintézni, és hogy a szálloda is visz fel a szobába egy kis meglepetést! Másnap 9:30-kor lementem elintézni, de azt mondták, sajnálják, de aznap török est lesz és nem lesz idejük ezzel foglalkozni, de a szállodától kap egy kis ajándékot, ahogy előtte nap is mondták! Nem volt sem ajándék, sem torta, sem semmi! Ez rosszul esett nekünk és csalódást okozott! Az étel minőségével és mennyiségével nem volt gond, de nem volt változatos, kevés volt a választék!

+: Hier bekommt man alles, was man benötigt. Einige Kommentare verstehe ich hier nicht. Das Essen ist vielfältig, besonders hat mir die Snackbar gefallen. Direkt am Strandabschnitt konnte man zwischen 12:00 und 16:00 Uhr Burger, Salate und vieles mehr genießen. Auch beim Frühstück, Mittagessen und Abendessen gab es eine große Auswahl an Gerichten. Einige beschweren sich über die Warteschlangen beim Abendessen. Als Tipp kann ich nur sagen: Gehen Sie ruhig 30 Minuten später zum Abendessen, dann ist es weniger voll! An manchen Tagen wurde sogar auf der Dachterrasse gegrillt, von dem viele Gäste nichts wussten! Die Anlage ist erstklassig. Der Strand ist super sauber und auch der Pool hat einen ausgezeichneten Eindruck hinterlassen. Das Personal war jederzeit hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Der Leiter des Hotel, hat uns sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade des Zimmers gegeben! Fazit: Ein Top-Hotel mit einigen kleinen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten, die ich unter "Was mir nicht gefallen hat" aufgeführt habe.
-: Beim Betreten des Hotels war ich beeindruckt, jedoch fühlte ich mich enttäuscht, als ich mein Zimmer betrat. Leider sind die Zimmer dringend renovierungsbedürftig und passen nicht zum Standard des Hotels.Der größte Kritikpunkt: Kostenpflichtiges WLAN! In einem 5-Sterne-Hotel sollte so etwas nicht vorkommen. Ich hoffe, dass dieser Punkt sofort überdacht wird und WLAN kostenlos für alle Gäste verfügbar wird. Es kostet 2€ pro Stunde oder 10€ für 5 Tage (soweit ich mich erinnern kann).Auf meinem Bettlaken waren gelbe Flecken sichtbar, und meine Decke wies braune Flecken auf. Warum werden diese nicht sofort ausgetauscht, wenn sie nach der Reinigung nicht entfernt werden können? Das sollte doch nicht so schwer sein.
