+: Jag hade olycka första dagen på hotellet det var glas som sönder vid Poolen och jag såg inte glaset och vem skulle tänka på glas biten 5 stjärnigt hotels pool .Jag trampade glaset och det gjorde väldigt illa min väster foten hotellet regerande inte snabbt och jag förlorade mycket blod efter dem sydde 4 stycken. Jag försökte kontakta med bokning.com finns inget kontakt eller mail adres.

-: حجزت ٣ ليالي و عندما وصلت للفندق موظف الفندق ابلغني بان ليس لدينا مكان فارق في الفندق و رفض ان يلغي الحجز و كان الحجز عالقا و اذا انا كنت الغيها كنت سادفع قيمة الحجز كاملا و اتصلت بشركة بوكينج و تواصلو مع الفندق و الفندق بعد ذلك اقتنع بان يسلمنا الغرفة و لكن بشرط ان نبقى اول ليلة في الفندق المجاور و اقل قيمة من نفس السعر بداعي عدم وجود مكان فارغ انصحكم بعدم حجز هذا الفندق في تطبيق بوكينج
