-: Worst room to see ever - Pictures can tell - On booking.com it mention studio - Dirty shower without shower Curtin - Broken Toilet seat - Tv not working- Room pictures not the same as booking.com - No internet first night they said technical fault will be repair second day I used it less than hour was slow third day I was out all day - No hot water at all - Air condition bring hot air 25 degrees air outside Temperature +35 - Left over food and bad smell inside fridge - Dirty and used bed sheet and pillow cover was not changed first night - When arrived I asked to pay by credit card he told that we accept cash only so they forced me to pay cash - despite health ministry recommendation to use cards. Over all room was filthy. My bathroom was not clean. Floors dirty, hair in floor, tub and walls. Need to wear shoes to keep your feet clean. Light fixtures were dusty and dirty. Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the rooms. Please review ceiling picture OMG. The funny thing receptionist asked me to give property 10 on booking.com review I told him I will give 0

-: لايوجد مكتب استقبال ولايوجد خدمة تنظيف غرف ، طلبنا تنظيف الغرف اكثر من 10 مرات وتم تنظيف غرفتنا بشكل سيئ لمرة واحدة خلال اقامتنا 3 ايام ، المبنى تفوح منه رائحة الدخان ليلا ونهارٌ ، لايساعدنك بحمل الحقائب ، عند الخرج لم اجد اي موظف بالمكان فتركت المفاح عند المدخل وغادرت ، الصور بالموقع لاتوازي الواقع ، موظف واحد فقط تحدث الانكليزية عند الدخول ولم يكون استقباله جيد على عكس المتعارف عليه ولم اجده بعدها طوال فترة 3 ايام ، لايوجد مصعد للطوابق العلوية ، الدرج صعب للاطفال والنساء .
