+: Petit-déjeuner copieux, riche et propre. Personnels sont sympa et serviables. Ils sont toujours à disposition. Ahmad est gentil et très professionnel. Il s’est montré très collaborant et a répondu à nos demandes de manière satisfaisante. Merci à Ahmad et à toute l’équipe pour le super accueil. Je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel pour vos séjours à Istanbul.

+: كانت رائعه واستقبل جميل وموظف الاستقبال أحمد قمة في الاخلاق والتعاون والهدوء وكان حجزنا عادي ولكن كرما منهم تحول حجزنا الى غرفه اكبر وجاكوزي والعاملين قمة ف الترحيب والبشاشة وسأعاود الذهاب مرة اخرى والعاملة في المطعم الأنسة ملك متعاونة جدا جدا وبالنسبة لنا كعرب اتسبطنا جدا بوجودها لمساعدتنا في أي طلب أو خدمة .
