+: Ligging is heel goed, hotel zelf is ook goed en hygenisch vooral wij hadden standaart kamer en was heel groot wat goed is. Eten is heel lekker en veel keuzes.Bij avond eten was Huseyin chef de vriendelijkste top kerel! Beter huseyin chef aan receptie als eerst ontmoeting zal top zijn!In het algemeeb viel het goed mee..

-: Qua personeel hebben ze precies te kort, in lobby moesten wij zo goed als zelf ons drinken halen. Aan receptie geven ze echt nie veel aandacht ze konden veel meer info geven bij incheken.

+: Hotel was top, zwembaden, service, eten, personeel altijd vriendelijk en hulpzaam.. nogmaals bedankt aan Hüseyin, ( verantwoordelijke resto ) Buse Nur ( zaal medewerker) en Zafer ( Lifeguard )

+: Mooie resort, vriendelijk personeel, veel te doen voor alle leeftijden. Grote en gevarieerde keuze aan eten. Professionele optrdens tijdens het avondprogramma. Chinese circusshow met acrobats en dansers was echt waanzinnig mooie. We komen zeker nog een keer terug.

-: Cocktails waren niet lekker gemaakt. Een paar keer geprobeerd maar geen succes. Daarna bestelde we drinken apart als we iets met alcohol wilden drinken Ook werken sommigen in horeca zonder plastic handschoenen, Dit personeel moet echt naar een cursus gestuurd worden Verder vraagt een WC in een hotelkamer om een keer goed met een bleekmiddel behadeld te worden Dit moet echt beter.

+: The hotel is close to the airport. The staff is friendly and polite even though they speak 0 english. The pools and garden are nice. The hotel is old but has a nice architecture.

-: The room was never cleaned properly, just superficial cleaning, the cleaning service doesn't involve changing your sheets. Gave us only one soap, no bathrobe, no indoor slippers. I also cut my hand using the shower. The shower evacuation is blocked, and you have to shower with leaking everywhere on the bathroom floor because water doesn't drain in the shower and you have to wait a long time for the water to drain out. The decorative pillows on the bed had stains on them. Also tourists leave a lot of trash inside the hotel common areas, even found trash in the elevator and also on the beach. The hotel has poor air conditioning so it is very hot in the common areas such as lobby, elevator, restaurants. You will wait at least 5-10 minutes for an elevator to arrive, it is always busy crowded and stops at every floor. The hotel has no airport transfer service available. Don't ask at the reception for a taxi because the receptionist will call a taxi that charges double than normal, and the taxi driver leaves the taximeter on but with an added amount before even starting your journey. You will have some difficulty finding free sunbeds at the pool, all sunbeds are occupied with towels even though tourists don't use them. Also I do not recommend this hotel for couples, because there are a lot of children making a lot of noise and disturbing a lot of people near them. Also the food at the restaurant is very diverse but has little to no taste, with the exception of the sweets and bakes. I wish that the hotel focused on quality, not quantity. Overall it is a 3 or 4 stars hotel at its best. In my opinion I would recommend looking for another hotel if you want a 5 star experience.
