+: The location and the staff. All the staff were amazing so friendly and helpful. Their English wasn't perfect but i see that as being part of the experience when travelling abroad. A special mention to Berk at reception we weren't happy with our original room but he went out of his way to move us to a room more to our liking. Also the staff at the Beach bar were always smiling and continually making sure we were looked after.

+: The hotel was absolutely fantastic! I loved everything about it- the beach front property, kind and attentive staff, food, and ambiance. For an all inclusive resort, this is hands down, one of the best 5 star hotels I’ve been to. The staff really make sure they give you the best experience. Our server Tolonay, at the beach, provided exceptional service. He was very charismatic, friendly, and was on point with our drinks. I wish I could have stayed longer!!!!
-: I think it was a little far from the airport. I also didn’t go into the centre since it was a bit out of the way. But honestly, after spending the day at the beach, I thought it was best to make the most of my stay at the beach for the few days I was staying there.
