+: Vriendelijke personeel dat is enkel goed.

-: Zeer slechte toegang. Bevindt zich op de heuvel en in het midden van een straat enkel bereikbaar met trappen. Wij jonge mensen moesten tussen door eens stoppen om ons hotel te bereiken.Zeker niet geschikt voor oudere en gehandicapte mensen.Kleine kamers en kamers worden enkel op vraag gekuist.Wel vriendelijke personeel maar we zijn er niets mee.Ik ga nooit meer naar deze hotel enkel maar ook voor bereikbaarheid.

+: Good location near tram Station.Great view of the waterway and ship action.

-: I had a bad knee . 120 steps from the street below.Floor tiles were loose and bits of grout over floor. Quite noisy when people had to slam doors when leaving apartments.

-: Das personal ist sehr desinteressiert und kaum hilfsbereit. Als war in unser zimmer rein durften, gab es noch eine kleine flasche wasser noch eine decke im zimmer. Als wir meinten die Matratze ist innen der feder gebrochen wurde uns nicht geholfen und wo wir fragten ob wir in ein anderes zimmer dürfen meinte er ihr habt für summe x gebucht das ist euer zimmer. Die lage ist Ansichtssache ob gut oder schlecht, man muss sehr sehr viele treppen steigen und kein direkter stop für ein taxi also sehr ungeschickt mit koffern. Das wasser stinkt sehr und die zimmer sehen nichtmal ansatzweise aus wie auf den bildern. Das bad ist an bestimmten orten verrostet und schimmelig. Auf Wertsachen müsste man sehr aufpassen weil es auch kein tresor im zimmer gibt. Wasserkocher ist sehr verkalkt innen.
