+: It's location very convenient centre of the city.Breakfast was very good a lots of Turkish items.
-: My room was included free water bottle, but they have given first day and the rest of the day we need to ask them for the water bottle. Very strange it was that they are asking for the money for the water bottle where it was included with our bill.Space between shower space and commode was very little, very uncomfortable.

+: The breakfast buffet is AMAZING! I looked forward to it every day!! Ali who is the manager of that kitchen is so warm, welcoming and helpful with tips on what to see around the city. The rooms are simple but great value.
-: Don’t know why the front desk said that only way to reach the hotel was by bus when it is near 2 metro stops and a tram station.
