+: Room view was perfect, if you would be able to wake up at 5am view would be stunning. Perfect service, very interesting design and don't forget you live in museum. Peacock on territory close to our door in the morning was very beautiful.

-: 前台从服务员到经理都态度极差！酒店理念也是非常不能理解。整个酒店不接受儿童入住，但欢迎狗入住，这让我不得不预定两个不同的酒店，我开的是3400多欧元两晚的大套房，当我在前台询问为什么不接待儿童，他们回答的是因为位置高没有护栏，担心孩子掉下去，但当我办理完入住手续，我的孩子想去上厕所时，他们说孩子不可以使用我的房间的卫生间，一定要领他到酒店公用卫生间才可以，那么我想问，我的房间里也需要护栏吗，所以他们真的时没有任何同理心和信誉度，我的孩子只有四岁，他会撒谎吗？但是酒店却在四岁孩子面前撒了谎！而且一个不知道什么职位的女人，她穿着白衬衫，上来对我们大吼大叫，特别没有礼貌。酒店养了2条特别大的狗，并且没有拴狗链！办理入住手续时其中一条狗窜出来给我吓到不能动并且心跳加速！他们说如果我害怕，就让我每次从房间出来之前给前台打电话报备，他们再把狗另行安排，我真的不理解，客人入住酒店，每次出行还要打电话报备，我们的人身自由在哪里！最后我选择了跟我儿子一起住在另外那个酒店，让同行人住在这里。另外那个酒店叫萨萨拉，服务很好，会一直跟我发信息确认很多事情

+: Tout était parfait absolument tout ! l'accueil, le personnel, l'hôtel est magnifique avec la plus belle vue de la région! le restaurant de l'hôtel est divin. la soirée de la saint sylvestre était sans aucun doute la plus belle que nous avons pu faire. Le patron de l'hôtel un homme extraordinaire très abordable et d'une très grande classe qui a toujours un mot ou un geste pour ses clients . je recommande l'hôtel qui vraiment est une expérience unique à vivre.
