-: În cameră a fost o mizerie de nedescris, mobilierul este foarte vechi, lenjeriile de pat și prosoapele arată de parcă ar fi spălat podeaua cu ele, camerele nu sunt izolate fonic, baia a fost plină de mucegai.

+: Property was in good location
-: Cleanliness, and facilities, broken mirror in the room not safe for children, taps loose, and not much variety for breakfast at all. Also I was very disappointed that the pool was not available, this was one of the reasons I chose the hotel, something my children were also looking forward to, however it was under renovation and not available I was told. Had I known I would have chosen a different hotel. I should have been informed before.

+: L'hôtel est très bien situé au centre-ville, mais il ne répond pas du tout à mes attentes. Le personnel à l'accueil s'est montré très hautain dès mon arrivée à l'hôtel. En revanche, les autres membres du personnel étaient très accueillants et il était agréable de recevoir un simple sourire.
-: La description de l'établissement sur Booking est complètement trompeuse. Lorsque j'ai demandé où se trouvait le spa, on m'a clairement répondu qu'il fallait aller à l'hôtel d'à côté. Le petit-déjeuner est très basique, plus un déjeuner de dépannage pour éviter de pas perdre du temps à aller au centre-ville. Quant aux chambres, elles sont très mal isolées, j'entendais la conversation de mon voisin de chambre alors qu'il parlait normalement avec son collègue. Je vous laisse imaginer le bruit provenant de la chambre du couple au-dessus. Bref à éviter
