-: קודם שמו אותי 3 ימים בחדר שלא הזמנתי בבוקינג, כל יום היו אומרים לי מחר יתפנה החדר שהזמנת ונעביר אותך, בסוף העבירו אותי למלון אחר. לא מנקים את החדרים במהלך ההשהייה במלון
