+: We had an excellent stay in this establishment, everything was good: the terrace was specious, the location, the proximity of bus stations, metro, supermarkets, malls, Taksim square which is not far, restaurants, fast foods.. The staff was very friendly and attentive, the room was cleaned daily and the isolation in the room was just perfect, once the balcony door was closed, there was no more external noise (the street on which the hotel is located was already quiet) on our next visit to Istanbul, this will be the number one hotel we choose without a doubt. :)
-: Nothing to report really, apart from the elevator door that could sometimes be heard from the room, which banged loudly as it closed, and which perhaps needs to be repaired, but nothing disturbing.

+: Chambres très propres, plus spacieuses que la majorité des chambres à istanbul. Lits très confortables. Le personnel est également très sympathique, je remercie particulièrement Murat et Jeren pour leur aide.
-: Il est temps pour l’hôtel d’envisager un rafraichissement. Les chambres, les moquettes et les papiers peint doivent être obligatoirement refaits. Il n’est pas également approprié de proposer aux clients d’acheter des décors et bijoux fabriqués par le propriétaire.

+: They claim king suits 70 meters, I doubt that
-: Room 501 not clean, after the first night they changed the room to another clean room 401, at this room air conditioning is not good, after 3 days electricity went off, electrician called 2 hours later everything went ok, next day air conditioner stop working, change room to 403 not the same category (lower), I have to say the front desk tried to help but this is the most they can do.
