-: Personal and staff were rude and disrespectful. They were pushing me and my friend. Three men were attacking us and wanted to fight with us. We recorded a video and submitted complaint to the local police. We upgraded to a better room for two adults through Booking.com and the manager refused to provide the room for us without extra overpayment. The staff kicked us out on the street.

+: The food is lovely and is different everyday. Apart from the manager the staff are polite and lovely. There is cleaning everyday. Perfect location.
-: The bedroom:- window was broken, room was tiny for 3 people they put in a foldable bed for the 3rd person which had bars protruding through the very slim bed ‘mattress’ and it was put in front of the balcony door so balcony could not be used. On arrival the door wouldnt close as there was no lock, door would open by itself which was sorted when i complained. Bathroom- toilet was leaking constantly onto the floor which i showed them and complained but nothing was done manager was very rude. Unable to shower due to the very tiny old broken shower cubicle, the shower was very close to the toilet so toilet water was leaking all around the shower too. Very dirty bathroom had to constantly have towels all over the floor, had to pay to have showers elsewhere. Although the cleaners came everyday, this did not make a difference due to the toilet leak.

+: The location was amazing. Literally a 5 minute walk from the beach and all the shops. 25 minute walk to the marina and grand bazaar. Housekeeping was done everyday which I liked as it freshened the rooms up daily. The pool area was nice and clean. Wifi was good but temperamental at times. Reception staff nice and friendly. Room with balconies so had a nice view of the pool.
-: The all inclusive was set times. We went with children and are usually used to having a snack time in between meal times at all inclusive but there was nothing here like that. The food was nice but not much variety and would have preferred a bit more variety in the morning for breakfast. Cats everywhere especially at meal times. My daughter has a phobia of cats and at times she was actually crying at the dinner table. They just won’t budge. The staff do try and move them but they keep coming back.Beds were a little uncomfortable and could sometimes feel the springs.

+: It was a lovely hotel, 5 minutes from the beach but in a quiet, pretty street away from the noise of the main strip. The hotel itself was very nice, a lovely pool in a pretty setting surrounded by flowers. Really outstanding value considering it was full board. The staff were great. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
-: They didn't have a vegetarian cooked main option for dinner, only meat. However the salads were outstanding, really tasty and great variety so it didn't matter.
