+: I recently stayed at the hotel for the second time and continue to be impressed by it. The accommodations are very comfortable, with clean, spacious rooms and an excellent spa. The 24-hour free shuttle service to three tourist spots is a great perk, and the staff are exceptional in assisting with everything. I want to extend special thanks to its employees ECE, Yusuf, and Cihan for their outstanding service. I also appreciate the complimentary upgrade to a room with a terrace. I will certainly choose Nac City Hotel Taksim for my next visit to Istanbul.

+: gym and the pool were nice . the breakfast was good . A bit pricey though. the shuttle service to taksim square was a plus.
-: some of the staff were not as welcoming as we would have liked. they also tried to charge us for water bottles once . also one team member mentioned that breakfast was free, when we had breakfast we were asked to pay, I think that could have been avoided.
