Just 984 feet to the lively Istiklal Avenue, New Pera Suites is centrally located in Taksim. It offers free Wi-Fi and air-conditioned studios with a flat-screen TV and a small kitchen. The airy studios feature a kitchen with a microwave, a fridge and two-plate hub as well as an electric kettle. A private bathroom is standard. Some studios come with a terrace or balcony. Daily breakfast is available on request. There are also many restaurants and cafes in Taksim area, where you can taste local dishes. The front desk is available 24/7. You can also benefit from the luggage storage facility. Taksim Metro Station, allowing easy access to many sites of the city such as Sultanahmet district, is a 10-minute walk to New Pera Suites. Galata Tower is a 15-minute walk away.

+: Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Das Zimmer groß und gemütlich und das Bett sehr gut. Leider mit einem Kind doch zu klein, da wäre das größere Zimmer besser gewesen. Aber das war mein Fehler.Sehr schönes Hotel, wir kommen gerne wieder!!

+: I don't know where to start as I have so much gratitude to the owners. In 2 days they became our family. It's just me and my baby girl and I was so anxious about a long connection in Istanbul. I was on a budget and chose New Pera because of good reviews about the safety of the place. This is a small family run hotel. A beautiful young couple who would go the extra mile to help you. We had a large studio. Bed is comfortable, room was very clean. Basic furniture but the layout was very stylish. I didn't cook because there are many restaurants around, we had a take away and had it on the terrace of the coffee shop that these people are running.In the morning the breakfast was amazing and very healthy.A few things that people mention in reviews:Staircase: yes, quite steep but manageable, I was with a three year old, no problem.Hygiene: I saw how determined the owners are about the cleaning the place. I wouldn't worry about it at all.Area and noise: that was my main concern, but during the week it is very quiet. Had no problems with the neighbours either. On weekends apparently can be noisy, but I haven't experienced that.Most importantly is that the owners are the loveliest people who will make you feel at home.
-: I would love a softer blanket, but this is the matter of preference

+: This place is in a fantastic location near Istiklal Street and offers a reasonable price. The receptionist, who is also the owner, is extremely helpful and always has a smile. I would definitely stay there again next time.
-: There's no elevators. Also, there is a bar that plays loud music until past midnight. While it's not extremely loud, it might affect light sleepers.
