+: היינו באפריל 2022 וחזרנו באוקטובר 2022 לאותו מלון....מיקום מצויין למשפחה עם ילדים, ליד המטרו.ארוחת בוקר לא עשירה אך מספקת פלוס.צוות מאוד אדיב ורק מחפש איך לעזור בכל בעיהשאלה שיש.מלון נקי ומסודר.מחיר מצויין יחסית למלונות האחרים.

-: * הייתי מוסיף עוד תאורה בחדר.* ישנם ארונות שירות ליד החדרים, כל יום נאלצנו לקחת משם מגבות (שנלקחו מהחדר ע"י צוות הניקיון) נייר טואלט מפני שצוות הניקיון לא דאג לכך..... (אך כמובן שזה ממש בעיה מינורית הודות לארונות השירות הצמודות לחדרים)

-: breakfast is really under our expectations our stay takes one week and same one bread same only jam and one fruit juice no-one tell you goodmorning in whole i recommended you reserve hotel without breakfast how it is possible breakfast without simit

+: The location is excellent, with nearby metro stations, restaurants, and shops. The street is quiet at night. The room had working air conditioning. The breakfast was basic but had everything needed, otherwise, there are nice options around.

-: The wifi was very weak and unreliable, the breakfast room was quite dark, the fridge was not working, and the light in the roombathroom was poor. There are multiple little things in the room that spoil the impression but are easy to fix in one day (broken plugs, molded silicon sealings in the bathroom, light options).

+: الفندق صغير جدا مقبول نوعا ما موظف الاستقبال الليلى غير متعاون ولا يتحدث الانجليزيه و لا يهمه رضاء الغميل ، العامل حسين متعاون و يتحدث العربيه الافطار دون المستوى و مع الشكوى تم تحسينه

-: تصوير الغرف و الحمام على الموقع خادع نوعا ما حيث يعطى احساس بتضخيم المساحه سلوك موظف الاستقبال الليلى غير مقبول
