+: The location is perfect, close to majority of the historical sites and 2 tram stations. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are a bit small and you can hear noise from the hallway but this did not bother us. Rooms have great air conditioning however the hallways can get a bit stuffy. Cleaning could be a bit more particular but overall good enough for us and offered daily. Breakfast was delicious and there is a cute coffee shop on the premises which had tasty drink and snack options. The rooftop restaurant was closed for renovations during our stay which was unfortunate and we would have appreciated being told at check in as we had planned to have dinner there and went up only to find it closed off, there are many good restaurants a short walk from the hotel and panoramic restaurants which made up for this.
