+: It was very clean and the breakfast was good. The staff were very polite and friendly.

-: Constant unpleasant smell from bathroom sewage and problems with the shower (not enough water, too hot or too cold). We ordered 2 rooms, one for my husband and one for our parents. When we arrived they said that one of the rooms is unavailable and our parents has to stay in different room which was in the next building, the room was with no windows, underground and you could hear the steps of the people outside, feels like they walk on your head. It was unfair that we paid for one room and we receive another without important facilities like windows… We understand that everything can happen but the property should have warn us about this, before arriving!
