+: Locatie was perfect en dat was ook de enige hellaas

-: 1. Slechte service verlening, medewerkers zijn heel onveiendelijk.2. 3x kamers verwisseld en nog steeds geen verbetering.3. Airco deed het niet.4. Stopcontacten deden het niet.5. Water stroomde door heel de kamer door vanuit de badkamer.6. Kamer staat vol onder de stof.7. Reviews(goede) die op google staan zijn door de medewerkers zelf geschreven (dit is ook bevestgd door de medewerkers).8. Eerst een kamer gekregen die onder ons geboekte budget was.9. Overstroomde badkamer moesten wij zelf schoonmaken. 2x met verschillende kamers.10. Schroeven steken uit van kapotte meubels waardoor je jezelf kan verwonden

+: This was a really good value hotel. The rooms were a pretty good standard, better than I expected. The location was perfect - close to the tram, the metro, the funicular, the ferries. Easy walk to Karakoy with lots of choice of bars and restaurants, and a short funicular ride to Galata and even more choice. Came with a safe in the room, tea and coffee, air conditioning. Nice toilet and shower. Lovely, helpful staff.

-: Garden view was stretching it a bit - it was an alley view! And there were a couple of bits (like one of the bed lights) that were broken. But just niggles really. for the price I was very satisfied

-: Very noisy street with cars and also we heard all the time the people in the near room, maybe there isn't any sound insulation. Also very small bathroom, if you are fat for sure you can't do bath.
