+: Loved the water slides. The kids club. The beach ⛱️. Food and drinks availability was 24 hours. Staff were lovely, smiling and very helpful.Loved the idea of the washing machine and ironing station. It was really helpful.
-: Even though food was always available and with great variety, it was difficult to find something really tasty. Dessert always tastes bad 👎. Coffee was undrinkable. Pastries were hard and dry. Eggs were over boiled. Really struggled to find nice food. The bathroom near the slides always smelled really bad and was full of spider webs. The double bed was 2 mattresses instead on 1 double which was really uncomfortable from the middle.

+: Barnevennlig. Fasilitetene, maten, personalet var helt nydelig. Stranden var også kjempefin, men vanskelig for de små å bade med mye bølger og dypt vann. Madrassene var litt for harde, men betjeningen kom med ekstra overmadrasser så snart vi spurte.
-: De burde være tydeligere med anbefalt aldersgrense for de forskjellige show og aktivitetene. Den ene kvelden gikk det rett fra barneshow til skummel dans med krigere og kniver. Show og diskotek burde også ha tilpasset lydnivået til barna eller informert om anbefalt aldersgrense. Synd det ikke var noen av de som jobbet med barna som kunne et skandinavisk språk.

+: Personal sehr freundlich; sehr kinderfreundlich. Strand Shuttle war gut. Kinderdisco war cute.Für den Preis aber okay. Wellness Bereich sehr schön. Türkisch Hamam mit Massage war sehr gut!
-: Nach einer Woche hat sich das Essen immer wieder wiederholt. Zimmer teilweise herabgekommen; in den Gängen und im Aufzug hätte es ruhig sauberer sein können. ( Fingerabdrücke an der Tür und am Spiegel). Im Restaurant hat es von der Decke (Klima) getropft- war jetzt auch nicht sehr appetitlich anzusehen. Insgesamt war es für mich kein 5 Sterne Hotel aber fairerweise war es für den Preis ok.
