-: Nous étions dérangé par téléphone assez régulièrement, le premier matin dès 8h30... alors que nous nous étions couchés tard, un après-midi nous avons tenté de faire une sieste avec mon fils mais à nouveau le téléphone s'est mis à sonner, et la personne insistait en rappellant toute les 10 minute, détéstable. Une partie du personnel n'est pas fiable et ne fait pas ce qui est demandé malgré la prise de note.

+: Food variety and an all-in-one near the beach and pool hotel.

-: First they advertise “Ultra All-Inclusive” but it’s not exactly that way. I don’t know if Booking doesn’t have all the information or if it’s just fake marketing from the Hotel, but some amenities were only available if you stayed for more than 7 nights (à la carte restaurants, massages at spa center). That wasn’t stated clearly when I did the booking! Also one of the days the staff did not supplied properly the room so we went out of toilet paper and also went out of shower gel. Too expensive for this kind of service and limitations.
