+: Доброжелательная обстановка, удобноет расположение относительно общественного транспорта, зелено, тихо, хорошее питание, интернет работает по всей территории, тихий кондиционер, висит над кроватью, но потоки воздуха на кровать не попадают. -: Из душа горячая вода идёт только днем
