-: Aucun mérite du 5 étoile.Hôtel pas propre du tout , aucune vaiselle propre dans le restaurant, nous avons étés malade tout le long , apart les chambres aucune climatisation ne fonctionne , impossible de manger dans cette chaleur et même que les repas était périmé (salade de pomme de terre ..) les cartes pour accéder au chambre était toujours en pannes il fallait descendre à la réception à chaque fois c’était agaçant. Le nettoyage des chambres n’a jamais été fait comme il faut , la poubelle a été vidé mais oublier sur le lit ! C’est inacceptable ! Il n’y avais aucune serviette dans la chambre , j’ai voulu appelé la réception pour en demander mais le téléphone ne fonctionnais pas non plus , nous avons eu 2 serviette pour 3 .. tout est fait à la va-vite ! dommage car l’Hotel pourrais vraiment être super si il y avait un minimum d’autorité , de contrôle, d’organisation et de sérieux au niveau des employés et de la direction.
