Few steps from the beach in Sarmisakli area of Avyalik, Palm Court Suites offers an outdoor pool surrounded by a peaceful garden and a private beach area with free sun loungers and parasols. Free Wi-Fi is accessible in public areas. Guests can benefit from the mini gym on site.
The air-conditioned suites at the Pal Court feature a balcony with sea and pool views. Each has a seating area, mini-bar and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The private bathrooms include a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries.

+: Great location and beach but hotel isnt up to standards
-: The furniture and kitchen appliances and taps were really old. Although there’a kitchen, there are no pans,utensils,cups etc! When asked, I was told I could buy disposable ones! We also experienced mild electric shocks whilst showering! There was definitely something wrong with the water system and it didn’t feel secure. Breakfast is between 8-10am and at 10 am the cleaners would be at the door. Had to ask them to come a bit later everyday and we stayed for 6 days! We always felt we had to rush out,not relaxing at all!! We had a room and breakfast only. Had dinner one evening and it was overpriced.

+: Een ruim, maar basic appartement met wat achterstallig onderhoud. Uitstekend restaurant manager en prima diner (tegen betaling) en ontbijt.
-: Beperkte receptie bezetting. Receptie personeel spreekt vrijwel geen Engels. Voor 09:00 uur is alleen contante betaling mogelijk. Geen bezetting zwembad bar. Gelegen aan drukke boulevard. Toegezegde parkeerplaats was (opnieuw) niet beschikbaar.
