+: الخدمة في الغرف لايوجد لم اجد تعاون من الموظفين النظافة لاتوجد الفندق والغرف و الحمامات كانت غير نظيفة فقط المسبح كان جيدا والموظف في البار الخارجي لم يكن يحسن المعاملة مع النزلاء

+: Das Frühstück war nicht abwechslungsreich. Es gab nur eine Art von Brötchen, ähnlich wie im Flugzeug.
-: Die Klimaanlagen im gesamten Hauptgebäude haben nicht Funktioniert, bzw. wurden nicht eingeschaltet, um Kosten zu sparen. Es gab keine Aufzüge. Junge Mitarbeiter mussten die schweren Koffer in der klirrenden Hitze die Treppen hoch und runter tragen. Der Anblick war unerträglich. Auch in den Räumen haben die Klimaanlagen nicht funktioniert. Wir mussten unser Zimmer wechseln. Dennoch haben weder der Fernseher noch die Klimaanlage funktioniert. Am Ende unseres Aufenthaltes hat der Pförtner uns zu guter Letzt in ein "Taxi" gesetzt, das keine Lizenz besaß und uns 1km vor dem Flughafen auf der Schnellstraße heraus gelassen hat.
