-: Horror night: On Friday evening, after midnight, a violent quarrel occurred in the room next to my room, sounds of screaming. It was clear that a man was beating up his wife and throwing things at the wall of my room. After that, the fight moved to the corridors, where the voices of dozens of people were exchanging insults. This caused us a state of fear and terror. we were so afraid and I called the reception, they did not know about this problem even after more than 40 minutes was started. It was quiet for a while, then things became worse than before. I called the reception again, asking them to intervene immediately and end the state of terror and chaos. I threatened them that I would contact the local police and ask them to intervene if things did not calm down and things returned to normal. In the morning, I went to the reception asking to meet the responsible manager in order to file a complaint about the negligence that occurred last night. I was not surprised by the receptionist cold response: But we solved the problem. I answered correctly, but after 4 hours. Of course, he told me that the manager had an important meeting, even though his office door was open and he was watching television when the employee entered and conveyed my request to him. Their behaviour and response were completely devoid of professionalism and I can say that they were immoral and impolite.
