+: Staff were very helpful and did everything to help us on our needs during our stay, we have been intended with care. Also the quality of the food and drinks served was really good.
-: Hotel is full of cats, they are everywhere. Indoors and outdoors so if you are not comfortable with it, make sure to take this into consideration.

-: Drinks, coctails, alcohol quality, non alcoholic coctails, juices, even the coke they provide.. Disaster for such a price band. Just bring a can of coke, instead of filling it from your bottles. DisasterCleaning is not top standard especially in restaurants. Service and food quality and selection of iskele Meyhane is a joke?Some staff members are disaster and behaving really really bad like shouting each other in the restaurant, joking by yelling or screaming or laughing their heads off.. Most of them were ok. Long queues in the restaurant. Wars of getting a sunbed. Way over capacity. Sea is sometimes good, sometimes badBuilding is very very old, only one elevatorDefinitely so expensive compared to what it givesDefinitely a disappointment compared to where it positions itself

+: Club Marvy hat alles, was es für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Eine wunderschöne, weitläufige, naturbelassene Anlage die sehr gut gepflegt wird. Für weitere Strecken konnten Golfcarts genutzt werden, die entweder an Sammelpunkten abgeholt haben oder auf Abruf kamen. Das Zimmer war ruhig, sehr groß und hatte einen tollen Blick aufs Meer.Das Fitnessstudio war sehr gut ausgestattet, nicht zu überfüllt und mit Blick aufs Meer. Es gab ein riesiges Angebot an Aktivitäten die man mitmachen konnte, alles leicht nachzulesen in der Hotel-App. Abends war auch immer etwas geboten (Band,DJ), genau das richtige Maß an Unterhaltung auf hohem Niveau wie wir fanden.Alle Mitarbeiter waren stets sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kommunikativ! Hervorzuheben ist eindeutig die Kulinarik. Wir haben noch nie besser in einem All Inclusive Hotel gegessen, wirklich unglaublich! Sehr viel Auswahl, frischer Fisch, frisch gegrilltes Fleisch etc. Alle Getränke waren original (bspw. kleine Cola-Glasflaschen), auch Alkohol. Alles in Allem ein Traumurlaub & wir kommen gerne wieder!
-: Meckern auf hohem Niveau:Man hat nach 9 Uhr nur noch schwer eine Liege am Pool bekommen, da bereits alles mit Handtüchern reserviert war… am Adults Only Strand war aber immer was frei :) Das Frühstück, welches im Adults Only Restaurant angeboten wurde, war sehr mau. Lediglich ein paar Eierspeisen zur Auswahl, wir sind dann doch immer zu dem üppigen Buffet im Hauptrestaurant gegangen. Ein bisschen Obst, Joghurt oder eine süße Alternative zusätzlich würde es ansprechender machen.Nach einer Woche war das Essen im Hauptrestaurant doch immer das gleiche, für Abwechslung haben aber die A La carte Restaurants gesorgt.In der Anlage tummeln sich sehr viele Katzen, was beim Essen draußen manchmal etwas störend war da sie auch gebettelt haben.
