-: Bei der Ankunft falsches Zimmer, dann wurden wir in ein anderes Zimmer verlegt und am nächsten Tag wurden wir wieder in ein anderes Zimmer verlegt. Zwei Tage waren von unserem Urlaub weg somit. Wenn man schon so viel Geld bezahlt für den Aufenthalt sollte es besser geplant werden von dem Hotel schade wirklich schade

+: Zeer modern en aangenaam hotel, faciliteiten zijn goed verdeeld over het resort met ruime zwembaden waardoor het nergens overdreven druk is. Het eten in dit hotel is echt top!
-: Het enige serieuze minpunt voor ons was dat om men al vanaf 6u s’morgens handdoeken gaan leggen en als je om 8u30 aan het zwembad komt liggen alle stoelen vol met handdoeken maar is er bijna niemand te bespeuren. Het hotel doet hier niets aan en vele stoelen blijven gewoon de hele dag leeg met een handdoek erop.

-: - Rooms are very small - No sound water isolation with the bathroom - Worn out and unpleasant towels, bed sheets and robes - Check out could be improved. Currently keys stop working before the checkout time, so we were locked outside in the heat - Some cups glasses plates were not clean - No toiletries provided - Selection of alcoholic drinks could be better - No coffee shop, and the coffee that is served is of a low quality; no coffee machine in the room - I'm all about coffee) Personnel make up for many flaws with how friendly, professional and attentive they are.
