+: The hotel has a fantastic area with plenty of space for everyone. Whether by the pool, in the lobby bar, or on the terrace, you'll find your own cozy spot. The hotel also features a fitness room, an excellent spa, and a hammam. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food, and there are evening activities for guests. You definitely won’t be bored!
-: The issues we encountered included dirty towels in the room (they were replaced upon request, but it would be better if such details were more closely monitored). There is air conditioning in the room, but the hotel itself was very hot. Overall, the hotel staff didn’t make me feel particularly welcomed, but they did always respond to complaints or requests.

+: The rooms had been newly renovated and were modern. Location was convenient with a supermarket across the road and a few shops etc. The restaurant and food was great and constantly changing daily.
-: Unable to do currency change at the hotelOnly had one big towel in the room which wasn’t great for 2 people. Had to pay €10 for beach towel deposit.

+: We absolutely have recommendations for this hotel. From the extremely helpful and hospitable staff, to the good food offer and the cleanliness of the room. At no time did we have any complaints about anything. Our 2 year old boy enjoyed it there. We were really satisfied with everything. We would also like to praise the hotel manager, who is an absolute example to everyone in how he treats guests. Our child adored it. Starting from the approach, the smile, etc. We definitely felt at home there. The room was cleaned every day, the rooms are newly renovated and clean. the food was varied. The shuttle to the beach always worked correctly. Everything as it was said during the reservation. So definitely if we come to Side again - we would come to this hotel.
