-: a lot of noise can be heard from other stoves all night,and most of those written in the advertisement were not in the hotel,the mininari was notthere were no sandals for the bathroom,the only thing that was in the room was shampoo for the shower and towels

+: Very close (less than 6-7minutes walking) to public transport (tram, bus, subway) and quite close (walking distance) to the main tourist spots of the city (Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi palace, Blue Mosque etc.). There were several mini markets for snacks, water etc. less than 100m away from the hotel
-: Insufficient room cleanliness (for example at check-in 3 out of 4 beds had dirty sheets), damaged equipment (sockets, curtains, veranda chairs etc.). Necessary room renovation. Although they appeared in the room amenities, they were no TV, hair dryer, slippers, clothes rack.

-: Nous avions réservé une chambre double. La personne à l'accueil n'avait pas l'air d'être informée de notre arrivée. Nous avons eu d'une chambre simple avec un petit lit une place ! L'odeur de peinture fraiche était intenable. Nous sommes redescendus nous plaindre, et on nous a donné une chambre lit double. Là encore, l'odeur de peinture était tenace et irritait la gorge. On nous a expliqué qu'il y avait eu des travaux récents dans l'Hôtel. Pas d'espace où poser les bagages, la chambre était minuscule. Par ailleurs, une des portes coulissantes de la douche était cassée (un seul battant) et la porte de la salle de bain ne pouvait pas s'ouvrir complètement (elle butait sur le lavabo, car il n'y avait aucun espace), nous devions nous faufiler, refermer la porte et passer derrière pour accéder au WC ! Les serrures étaient rouillées, le mobilier défraîchi, impossible d'éteindre la lumière sans couper le courant électrique en retirant la carte magnétique de son support ! Ce support avait aussi un trou béant laissant voir l'intérieur de la chambre depuis le couloir. Nous avons dû mettre un papier pour cacher ce trou. cette situation). Nous n'avions heureusement qu'une nuit dans cet hôtel avant notre retour le matin en France.

+: I didn't like the property as they dump us in the room which was not equipped with facilities,the intercome was broken which was against the health and safety. There was no side table, no kettle ,no tea or coffee as complimentary . Room cleaning was zero .no cleaner visited to clean
