+: Les repas étaient pas mal
-: Les assiettes, couvert, bol étaient sale. Dans le balcon de la chambres II yavais les cacas de souris, pas nettoyer pourtant la dame du ménage est passé avant et pendant le séjour. La chambre étai vielle, et les équipements hs comme le téléphone, les joints de la salle tout noir, la piscine sale, les wifi ne fonctionne pas à l’étage, tout le monde coincé au loby

-: Pouze jeden funkcni vytah ,hotel ve velmi spatnem stavu,uklizecky absolutni katastrofa,personal absolutne bez jazykove znalosti a hlavne absolutne neochotny a doslova protivny, zadny servis od a-z, na pokojich neni rychlovarna konvice ani kafe,neni odpadkovy kos na pokoji, uklizecka neni schopna ani vysypat popelnik, na balkone ani na pokoji ani nevytre,bez samponu atd,k snidani mozne pit pouze stacene kysele piti nebo voda(v lednicich tepla jak...), masiny na kafe jsou k zbliti. Venkovni toalety u bazenu horsi jsem jeste nikdy nevidel. Animace pro deti smesne a absolutne nezazivne skoro zadne. Zabava na hotelu nulova. Cely den hraji ruske pisnicky jakoby to byl pouze Rusky hotel (nejsem zaujaty ale cely tyden v Turecku poslouchat rusky pisnicky je otravne) Koktejly alko i nealko na urovni 2* hotelu. Zkracene bych tento hotel bud vymazal z nabidky a nebo jim dal maximalne 2* . Fotky sem nepridam pokud nekomu nebude stacit tento hrozny komentar at si to jede vyzkouset sam. Jedina pozitivni vec na celem hotelu byl animator Mahmut! Plavcici u detskych toboganu absolutne nedavaji pozor , videli jsme i deti klouzat se po vyplyvh toboganech,vubec neresi nejakou postupnost sjezdu toboganu takze na mou dceru vlitl dospely muz a nakopl ji do zad a plavcik se v klidu kliuzal na toboganu.....

+: Everything is easily accessible, the staff are helpful. Customer relations team and especially their manager - ILHAN was the best thing about the hotel, he was able to help me with a difficult situation and was super professional and understanding.
