+: Любезный персонал. Деньги за отель сняли по факту проживания, а не бронирования -: Маленький номер. Для инвалидов- колясочников не подходит.

+: Очень понравилось месторасположение. Рядом центральная улица с множеством магазинов, сувенирных лавок (утром купила принесла в отель и поехала по всему городу с пустыми руками). Рядом метро, что очень удобно, а если спуститься ниже, то там и трамвай ходит, советую до парома и ещё там покататься. Номер чистый, правда на улице немного шумно, но приходя в отель от усталости засыпали за 2 минуты. В номере есть фен, кондиционер, WiFi, холодильник. Завтрак правда однообразный, но сытный. Все очень понравилось.

+: Отличное обслуживание, гостеприимный персонал -: Можно разместить кулём с горячей водой на этаже. В путешествии заболела и даже чая выпить не смогла не выходя из номера

+: Очень понравилось месторасположение отеля - практически прямо на улице Истикляль. Рядом много продуктовых, овощных магазинов и пунктов питания для разных ценовых категорий. -: Очень не понравилось, что первоначально, при заселении, мы были поселены в отвратительный номер. В нём было жутко холодно, абсолютная грязь вокруг, в туалетной комнате на потолке подтёки и ржавчина, в душе - плесень и чужие волосы на полу. Кроме того, в номере протекала батарея отопления. Но после обращения на ресепшн и нескольких минут ожидания были переселены в куда более приличный номер.
