+: Nothing is good with this hotel. I am very much dissapointed. The staff thinks this is a 4-star hotel but in reality its below 3 star.
-: The location of this hotel is in Fatih. Its a bit tricky to go there by foot or even when taking a taxi. The hotel does not meet the standard of 3- stars. On the first day, the elevators was not working. We got a room on the second floor. The room looked really good in the pictures but to my surprise, it was not that fancy. The bathroom looked good with the fancy tiles and the shower was ok, but the toilet was not clean. The cleaning was not good either. We told them to change sheets and quilts and pillows, but it was not changed. Regarding the staff, most of them could not english and they were sitting in the reception and did not stand up to great customers once we talked to them. We also paid for the breakfast but only ate there the 1st day. Total waste of money. We booked 10 nights but I seriously wanted to leave and book somewhere else. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Even if the price is affordable, its not worth it. Book something else have a better overall experience.
